My name is AC Meddleton and I live in London with my husband and our son, 6 and our daughter, 8.
My story of discovering delicious healthy food started after having had the little ones and wanting to get fit and healthy and shed those extra pounds that just wouldn’t come off after the 2nd pregnancy. So first I started running and once I got the bug I discovered that my eating habits needed to change too. I got so passionate about it that I did a Diploma in Nutrition and Weight Management. After completing this in July 2014 I set up my business called NewYouTrition as a Nutrition and Weight Management Coach in September 2014. I work with clients on a one-to-one basis, covering different aspects of healthy eating, explaining food groups and changing mindset towards a healthy balanced diet in an 8 week course.
The aim of my blog is to share lots of delicious healthy recipes and nutrition information and tips along the way. I want to tell people how much better you feel if you live a balanced life and have a healthy balanced diet. No need to cut out this or that (unless you are allergic to something of course!) Just everything in moderation and no fad diets to become a healthier happier person!
